My goal at Forest Mum is to help more families find the joy in nature and to live happier lives. I am a parent of a busy young man who like many kids would rather play Minecraft or watch YouTube videos who can be grumpy unless he gets outside to play and explore. In our family we try to include nature and the outdoors in our everyday lives to build connections as a family and with the world around us.

In my blog and podcast I share ideas for getting outside, activities and crafts that will help you and your family to connect with nature. Sometimes I will also share ways that you can live a more environmental and eco-friendly life and some nature facts and ways the world and ecosystems around us work.
